Astra AI is the first math AI instructor. By harnessing the power of GPT-4, it allows users to pose any math-related question. In response, the chatbot provides detailed answers and step-by-step explanations. Rather than relying on traditional tutoring, users now have access to their very own affordable AI tutor, available 24/7.The platform is optimized for learning mathematics, as it includes features such as “Astra AI Magic Notebook.” This means that GPT-4 calls the calculator function when necessary, before presenting the answer to the user, thus significantly improving answer accuracy. Additionally, the platform is integrated with Desmos, an advanced graphing calculator, which allows users to visualize and analyze mathematical concepts. The input of symbols, equations, and other mathematical functions is simplified with the intuitive math keyboard and our image recognition technology which is capable of identifying functions from a piece of paper.
