Vigilant Technologies

Vigilant installed a media converter within the IDF at the fiber patch panel, 2 Cat6E cables and a wall jack to terminate the Cat6E cables for the new computer network. After the installation, Vigilant conducted annual service to support the new network and ISP configuration which continued until 2014.The following is a summary of work:Install equipment/cabling needed to provide internet capability to the Stan/Eval roomProvided at a minimum 1.544 Mbit/s (T-1) download speed or better internet service to the above building.  Provided a minimum 500KB upload speed.Provided one access point at the wall in the Stan/Eval testing room.Ensured the equipment must be locked in a secure manner to ensure that it is tamper proof.  Provided a quote for monthly service.Procured a new ISP connection and services.Tools and Technologies Used:Virtualization, SEIM, surveillance technology,

The Vigilant team provided daily operational support, design and implementation support as well as IT augmentation for support of Virtual Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, Security Systems/Video Surveillance technology and storage infrastructure. The Vigilant team implemented and managed a Network Monitoring System, including SEIM tools to support PCI and SSI data protection for moderate and medium sensitivity.Vigilant Technologies is responsible for the following task areas:- Sustaining using various monitoring tools- Maintain communication with customer through our Integrated Project Team (IPT)- Change control management- Subject matter expertiseTools and Technologies Used:Hypervisors, MSSQL, .Net, SAN, NextGen Firewall, Fiber Optics, Linux, Windows, Fluke TDR, and Metroscope.

The project for the Department of Defense (Fort Ord) consisted of providing overall database management for the MMRP including GUI development, schema refinements and system upgrades; Vigilant also provided FISMA/FedRAMP Compliant IaaS (including change management), SharePoint, database exports, backups, disaster recovery and deliverables to the USACE upon request. Added Incidental MEC items to database, and new MEC data to database. Reviewed data records for inconsistencies and errors.
