Comprehensive User Research was done to uncover possible business strategies, and arrive at product-market fit.
Userfacet worked with Articulate’s C-level executives to design the User Experience for Articulate’s Community. The community provided browsing and search experiences. We also designed an optimized Checkout Flow.
Userfacet provided end-to-end services, including conceptualization to design to robust product development of experiential marketing applications. These applications have been showcased at the world’s largest conferences and used by sales teams to demonstrate AI capabilities to clients.
Userfacet designed dealer websites to empower the dealers to make quick changes and review them then and there. It reduced the dependency on contacting the brand to make changes in the product like setting up content, branding, colors, future campaigns, navigations, banner images, and editing inventory. Previously, the company had to make customizations and changes for every dealer in their text editor. But now, the dealers do the customizations themselves.
