OBJECTIVEMental health care is a growing issue in today’s society. Many people are struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses that can make it difficult to cope with day-to-day life. To solve this issue, the client wanted to build a mental health AI chatbot. This would help identify the stress that a person is experiencing and then recommend blogs, podcasts, meditation, and more to help them cope with the stress.  APPROACHThe client provided us with a scenario that consisted of different types of stress. We build our AI chatbot in such a way as to provide the best recommendation options, which can then be applied to their health decisions. The AI chatbot does context analysis and sentiment analysis. We used natural language processing (NLP) to check the context of the message provided by the user and then Spell Check after the user inputs a line and it outputs a message. The AI chatbot also analyzes sentiment and messages based on general requirements. After that, suggestions will come up in order to promote positivity including blogs, podcasts, and more. The AI chatbot is a self-learning bot that learns from past conversations. It can learn when people ask the same question or provide feedback. The AI on the chatbot helps it to provide better answers next time, ensuring an improved response rate. IMPACTUsers felt chatbots to be more approachable than interacting with human beings, as there is more control in starting and stopping a conversation. They found the bot friendly, feeling as if they were talking to an actual human. This AI chatbot helped so many people that we received over 2200 reviews in just 1 week. This also helped the bot to understand how people respond to different replies that the bot gave them.  RESULTS:80% - Improvement in the Mental Health of students30% - Decrease in stress level20% - An increase in the number of students who seek mental health help.

OBJECTIVEThe client wanted to create an AI-powered robot barista that would work 4 times faster than a human. Commuters can order beverages ahead of time and collect drinks upon arrival. APPROACHWe helped run the Robotic barista on IoT-connected software, having its mobile application, payment gateway, and e-wallet. In addition, an artificial intelligence-enabled vision system helps monitor the seamless working of operations. Also, deep learning and predictive analytics aid with supply chain need like restocking at the kiosk.Busy commuters on the go can place their orders and make payments directly from their mobile app or at the self-ordering terminal, with the perk of enjoying discounts by paying with credits stored in their digital wallet. And when drinks are ready for collection, scanning the QR code in the app ensures only a specific pigeonhole opens, doing away with order mix-ups. IMPACTThe limitless potential of the AI-powered robot barista allows it to perform various functions and deliver the product in no time. Taking no breaks and working 24/7 in a contactless manner has helped the client solve the workforce and rental issues still faced by many industries. As per the observation, consumers have quickly adapted to the kiosk’s automated and cashless ordering system. It can serve hundreds of commuters in only a few hours, thus saving a lot of their time. The company aims to deploy kiosks in various other locations as well.
