Having come a long way from where the company started, Firstpoint wanted a brand that reflected the business as it is today and support its ambitious plans for growth. We ran a series of workshops with the leadership team to help them to really understand these factors and challenged them to be brave and have some fun with their new aesthetic!We created a vibrant new brand that really stands out from the competition across multiple channels, sits alongside an organised and cohesive marketing strategy that maintains a consistent and continuous presence in the industry.

GLO already had their newly-finalised brand identity in place, but they needed a partner that could take their brand guidelines and exquisite photography and quickly turn them into beautiful brochureware that would build their brand and appeal to existing and potential customers. Our solution was to produce designs with a spacious and contemporary feel that reflected the homes featured within and allowed the imagery to really shine. Each brochure is printed on matte laminated paper with spot UV highlights on the covers to give a premium, tactile quality that matches GLO’s high-end offering. With one bespoke brochure in hand, GLO were quick to commission us for further designs and the team loved experimenting with black and white backgrounds to give each type of collateral its own unique feel and sense of drama.
A mature and approachable aesthetic is brought to life with a palette of blues and golds and imagery that highlights the presence of friendly staff and their interactions with residents. Our team continues to negotiate the best rates for event-led advertising that we place in niche, local publications, as and when it’s needed. We have supported Avery’s growth from 13 to over 60 homes and we’re proud that their senior leadership team sees us as an extension of its marketing team.
Collegiate Europe is a market leader in high-end student accommodation. Built on a long term relationship, our role as brand custodian allows us to reposition the brand slightly and then roll out all the required marketing as they grow their property portfolio.Collegiate Europe is debuting a new residence that aims to be the world’s best student accommodation and we are designing everything from the corporate website and signage to the cross-channel marketing.
