Our client came up with this idea: Imagine a house whose walls and floors adapt to your ideas. The wall adapts to the ideal temperature you want. When a room is too warm, the house can automatically cool it down. In summer the house cools you down and in winter it warms you up. To achieve this effect we use concrete, our unique concrete walls are able to bring you both warmth and coolness. No more blasts of cold air from air conditioners that cause colds or colds.The requirement was for us to create a visual identity and website for the client with an interactive house builder. We knew right away how to proceed, and what the entire brand should look like.The whole implementation turned out very well. We brought some interesting innovations to the project and overall the client was extremely happy.

We were commissioned by a client to create a website for a real estate project Nová Palúdzka. After an initial consultation, we suggested to first prepare a visual identity so that the project had a distinctive style and all other deliverables, including the UI design for the website, were done with quality and consistency. Both the visual identity and the website with interactive browsing of the offer were successful and fulfill their purpose very nicely.

Real estate agency Orea in Dolný Kubín has been cooperating with us for a long time. We found the need to modify the visual identity and create a new website in terms of UX, UI, technology and overall processes. We didn’t want to make any major changes within the identity and in the final we brought a modified colour scheme and new typography. At the same time, we gained interesting insights for the website design. The website runs on the WordPress CMS system and we also made a link to the Realsoft real estate software.

Zelená Lipa is a beautiful development project in Dolný Kubin. It is an old building that BL decided to breathe new purpose and life into. We were intrigued by the project and established cooperation. Within the Zelená Lipa project, we prepared the visual identity, then the website with interactive browsing of the offer of flats to marketing. We also prepared various printed materials such as brochures, which are used in communication with customers. We tried to give the whole project a piece of originality and a feeling of premiumness that Zelená Lipa deserves.
