This client approached us with a need to remove negative content that was appearing in search results under his name that was in fact not accurately attributed to him. He shared the same last name with a relative who was in a high-profile indictment and national media coverage. As a result, because of the uniqueness of their last name, these search results were improperly appearing for our client. We developed a custom strategy to demote the ranking of the news pieces that were not properly attributed to our client and create a positive content shield to protect his personal brand identity under his name and corresponding search results. We also developed a thought leadership campaign to further increase the positivity around his name. He is well pleased with the results and is currently in a maintenance program with our firm.

Court Record Removal - Cardiovascular Surgeon
A very prominent Cardiovascular Surgeon contacted our firm in regards to a court record that was showing up in search results under his/her name. This incident had arisen out of a prior employment dispute where he/she was the Plaintiff in the matter of workplace misconduct. Crisis Mitigation & Suppression of Negative News
The client came to us with an urgent need to protect the brand from a national news story that negatively impacted the brand. After our initial engagement and targeted suppression of the initial round of news articles were completed, we had received word from their internal PR department that a major investigative news piece was in the process of being developed. The RDN team deployed a robust insulation layer and buffering system to protect against this crisis and anticipated negative keywords that would be included in the future piece. After the story was released and propagated throughout the search landscape, RDN was able to prevent it from ranking in the first 3 pages of Google and continues to maintain this effort. The client has been extremely appreciative of our efforts and we commend them for being very proactive in their endeavor to find a qualified company to handle this critical and time-sensitive situation.
News Article Removal - Political Candidate
This political candidate came to us with a “hit piece” written about them in the media that was clearly in violation of the Terms of Service of the news platform. We engaged our legal team and advocated for the removal of these pieces and demonstrated the violations that took place, including the relationship between the Journalist and affiliated political parties. We were able to secure complete removal for this candidate in a matter of 30 days.
