Apache Cordova, Ionic (iOS, Android)Java/Spring, PHP/Symfony2, JavaScript, Backbone.js, Python/Keras/Caffe, XGBoost, MongoDB, ELK, RabbitMQ, Amazon, AWS, Git, JIRATHE BACKGROUNDETwater, a Jain Irrigation company,  is the only smart irrigation company with a patent to centrally process big data to implement predictive watering schedules based on plant types, soil and slope conditions, and environmental factors.THE ENGAGEMENT6 developers, a UI designer, a project manager, and 2 data scientistspwrteams’ partnership with ETwater started in 2014, and the two companies sparked fruitful cooperation that has been active for 6 years now.Our mission was to transition the ETwater platform from the monolith architecture to microservices and deploy it on Amazon Cloud. The team was in charge of architecture design and core system development for a smart irrigation platform that manages water flow through controllers.THE RESULTSpwrteams successfully developed a new cloud-based microservice solution for the client. The collaboration between the client and pwrteams lasted for over six years.  We built an ICT Operation team with up to 30 English-speaking experts responsible for server patching, installing new services, working on virtualization, networking, security, automation, upgrading services, and everything in the cloud-like Azure. RESULTSOur  team provided 24/7 support (On-Call Duty support / Monitoring / Operations) for these directions: Level 1 Technical support: active monitoring of IT infrastructure and spotting problems, essential support and troubleshooting, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 support, documentation and analytics.Level 2 and 3 support: setting up, analysing, configuring, upgrading, maintaining and improving IT systems and applications All ICT Operations specialists were trained in ITIL. Besides technical support engineers, the team also consisted of process and resource coordinators who ensured that the team met the client’s Response, Intervention, and Resolution SLA for all tickets. On average, pwrteams works on about 2,000 tasks a month, more than 99.5% of which are resolved on time.

This model contained a mixture of analytic approaches for Find.me/mycar:1. Analysis and processing of static, content-based models;2. Dynamic, collaborative filtering models for individual items, based on user actions and preferences;3. Dynamic, collaborative filtering models for subcategories, based on user actions and preferences;4. A rule-based model that combined collaborative subcategories and content-based models.THE RESULTSAt present, the basic platform for car search with virtual assistance is complete and successfully launched on the market. Find.me/mycar helps people find the best option for their future car easily and it saves them tons of hours they would have needed to spend on the internet. They get a personalized offer, based on a proprietary developed matching algorithm.

The company offers front-end cashpoint (ATMs, recyclers, retailer shops, branches, buffer stocks, etc) as well as back-end (cash centers) management services. In addition, c-Quilibrium helps with comprehensive integration solutions out of the box. THE ENGAGEMENT c-Quilibrium decided to extend their in-house team.
