Goals of the project: The structure of this project proved to be unique compared to other e-commerce sites. We were tasked with developing a unique site with specific features that would cover the needs of our client and his customers. Challenges: The most challenging task of this project was to develop an innovative ring+stone customization designer interface. While the customer is trying to create the desired jewelry, a specific validation process checks whether the diamond chosen for the piece will fit. It was also a challenge to gather information about the stones from all the possible suppliers. The nuance is that each supplier has a different approach to structuring and uploading/sharing information. Solutions: Made it possible to process a large array of information: 150,000 items from several vendors, updated every 15 minutes;Built custom ring builder;Set up integration with Alipay, Paypal, Adyen;Added product margin calculators to SRM;Provided the opportunity to manage through the CRM/CMS almost any content on the site. Tech stack: CSS, HTML, Laravel, MySQL, PHP, React JS, Node JS.

Goals of the project: As part of the development of the project, the main goal was to enable the user not only to view all the available accommodation options according to given parameters, but also to make a reservation. This required building a new architecture and changing the database.Challenges: Since Balneo Travel receives all the necessary information about hotels and booking options from Terma Travel (the largest European tour operator in the spa tourism segment), one of the difficult tasks was to set up the site with Terma Travel so that the visitor does not feel delays when working with the Balneo Travel site.Solutions: Added possibility to choose transfer at the stage of booking with automatic recalculation of price;Provided a wide range of filters. As well as Smart filters that appear on the front of the search module. Tech stack: CSS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Redis, Yii2.
Goals of the project: Ensure security of currency transactions and provide users with the most convenient and user-friendly interface, so that even a novice can use the app. Challenges: In this project, the main issue was the security of the application. For fintech products, it is very important that user data is reliably protected. That’s why we suggested using the industry’s best practices, ensuring security at the bank level. Solutions: Created a cryptocurrency wallet;Developed Contact Book of Wallet Users;Made QR code transfers available;Configured Shake-to-pay functionality (rub your smartphone to make an instant transaction to the user closest to you);Implemented algorithms to detect and fix vulnerabilities in the application;Provided database coding;Built a community from the ground up, with thousands of active users.Tech stack: Laravel, MySQL, PHP, React JS, Redis.
Goals of the project: To redesign and update one of the largest crypto mathematics websites, which would be able to support a large number of users. Challenges: The main difficulty was that Invezz had up to 1 million users, and every smallest detail matters and can lead to a loss of revenue. So we had a ton of suggestions on how to do it, and we implemented them all with surgical precision.Solutions: Conducted a redesign through multiple iterations with no loss of traffic;Improved conversion rates on pages that worked with the CPC model;Advanced color palette;Achieved monthly traffic of around 500-750k.Tech stack: Figma
