With a strong team that LM Byg A/S and Pihlkonsortiet have put together with Pihl & Søn A/S and M.J. Eriksson A/S, this architectural marvel rises 36 meters high, encompassing 28,000m² across eight floors.Creating a Sustainable Legacy:What sets Marmormolen apart is its sustainable ethos, incorporating CLT wood in its load-bearing structures, setting new benchmarks for large-scale wooden constructions. The project champions eco-friendliness by utilizing FUTURECEM™, a low-carbon footprint cement type.Marmormolen reflects ODDIN’s dedication to cutting-edge engineering and provides invaluable insights for future sustainable construction initiatives.
