We collaborated with Doddle to design a website that positions them as a leader in B2B logistics technology. During our Foundation research and in-person Design Sprint workshops, we helped the team identify the core issues with the website:a structure outdated by at least a couple of years, dating back to the company’s B2C daysa website CRM with a serious lack of editabilitya low conversion rate of lead generatorsOne of the biggest challenges was catering to an incredibly small number of clients - leading enterprise shipping carriers and postal companies. During user test sessions we’ve identified their primary concerns when looking for Doddle’s product. This helped the team optimise the messaging and gave our user experience designers direction for the website layout. Our Agile web development process gave Doddle the flexibility they needed with the ability to extend our collaboration, adding valuable features to the minimum viable product. At the core of the collaboration lies an atomic design system, which gives Doddle access to ready-made components for digital & offline marketing collateral. The result was a website equipped with a HubSpot integration, full editability, multilingual setup with geolocation, gated content, components build based on the design system and advanced findings from user testing sessions.
