I also provided guidance on risk assessment and management, stakeholder communication, and budget management, to ensure that projects were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In addition to consultancy services, I also provided comprehensive training and coaching to PWJ staff on a range of project management topics. This included training on project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, as well as coaching on leadership, communication, and team-building skills. By equipping PWJ staff with the tools and knowledge they needed to succeed in their projects, I helped them build strong and effective teams and achieve their organizational goals.
