As it’s the app for intensive everyday use, all elements should be easy to click, without any additional efforts. That’s why we invested an additional week for UX testing in real cafes, watching how waiters manage test notifications from the app in real life. After such tests, we significantly improved several screens and moved any possible options into new screens.Such projects allow you to reopen yourself as a designer, watching the real-life problems from the new perspective, putting interfaces into smaller screens without losing any piece of functionality.
