After experiencing dashboards that had inaccurate data and missed the mark with the metrics they provided, this Marketing Analytics client reached out to us to fix existing issues and develop new solutions.We fixed the root cause of the data inaccuracies caused by incorrect view definitions in Snowflake. Afterwards, we developed new Tableau dashboards to address gaps that were discovered between their end clients dashboard usage and what their needs were.
