Flambia is an innovative platform designed to revolutionize food service business management, but most importantly to allow consumers in Europe to order fully personalized meals at their door and accurately collect dietary data to track and achieve their goals. We are responsible for providing the development team to create and develop the platform from scratch.Based on Flambia’s team’s great expertise in the food production industry we did an in-depth Product Discovery stage, UX/UI Design, and Prototyping. Right now we’re deep into the Development Phase. We provided a successful beta of the whole backend and API, a dedicated ERP web platform as well as 2 hybrid mobile apps (React Native for iOS and Android) providing experiences for business and consumer users.We’re constantly scaling a dedicated development team and will be honored to deploy the next huge releases of Flambia into the market in 2023!What are the results?1. We ran a complete in-depth Product Discovery and Product Design stage delivering consistent product concept accepted by the whole organization and investors.2. We planned the Development by designing architecture, stack, data structure, workflow, and backlog and provided smooth, clear, and agile project management.3. We provided and maintain dedicated development teams to run the project and keep the progress on track.4.
