The brief TakeNote is a retail reviews platform with both a B2B and a B2C product. TakeNote tasked Lightbox with developing its brand messaging framework and website copy from scratch, including a clear articulation of its separate value propositions, elevator pitches, headline messaging and proof points for the two audiences. The client Novacy is a first-of-its-kind B2B Sales SaaS helping reps improve their perfomance by highlighting their prospects’ non-verbal cues on Zoom calls. Their website copy was good, but there was lots of room for improvement.The delivery Lightbox rewrote all website copy from scratch, giving Novacy clear guidance on how to use proven behavioural science to boost customers’ motivation to buy.
