Launch Lab provided a full software development team (~7 people) and change management specialists to enable the delivery of a bespoke inventory management system for our client.Predominantly C#, ASP.Net engineers (Senior level+) joined the engineering team to enable the client to scale up elastically. Launch Lab also provided change management specialists to enable the successful integration of the new service into the business through updated working practices and training.As the clients requirements changed throughout the project, Launch Lab flexed the team up and down to enable tight budget management in changing conditions.

Elastic team for site migration
The client were looking to migrate their site from a PHP/Laravel backend with custom front end to a new hosted solution using BigCommerce. Launch Lab were tasked with helping to augment the existing in house team with additional team members to both build out the integration between the existing backend and the new platform solution and for a Content Migration specialist to come on board to help assess and manage the content migration.In addition Launch Lab have team members introduced skills to help with R&D projects and seasonal sales opportunies, providing consultancy into the Product and Delivery functions.
Professional Services Capacity
Provided a flexible elastic team that scaled up and down, to augment professional services team capacity.Working predominantly with React.JS, the team integrated client products into their client’s stack to optimise and personalise the sales experience. Scaled the team between 1-5 team members including QA as required.
