About the ProjectBrit Insurance were growing rapidly and were really pushing cloud technology within the business. However, they were struggling with Infrastructure As Code (IAC) and finding experts that could use Terraform to create environments and ensure each resource was deployed correctly. KSB Technologies offered a helping hand and over a number of months helped deploy a large amount of Microservices for eTrading solution delivery team, as well as fixing existing pipelines and setting a IAC standard. Main functionalities that were implemented by KSB Technologies include:Create IAC standards across BRIT teams.Created numerous Pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML. Created multiple environments using Terraform.Enhance existing pipelines and upgraded to YAML.Identify solutions to issues which were causing pipelines to fail.Deploy Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps and Azure Logic Apps.Ensure APIM was set up correctly using Terraform including VNet, WAF, AAD

About the ProjectDavies Group were looking to increase the performance of several different areas of an Insurance Claim System to efficiently speed up the application within a certain time frame stated by an end client. Experts at KSB Technologies were able to achieve this by refactoring existing C# code, improving the SQL Stored Procedures to be more efficient and adding indexes. Updating C# code for Entity Framework queries, ensuring only the necessary objects were retrieved. Finally a decision was made to remove heavy front-end processing to backend processes using Azure Functions. About the ProjectNational Careers Service were looking for an Serverless PaaS application which would allow them to share data from several different providers with different CRM systems and consume this data in house in a generic format. This would allow ESFA to analyse the services they offer and look for areas of improvement. This data would also be used to report back to the GOV using Power BI Dashboards.
