Client Background & Problem InTouchLink, a B2B SaaS provider for senior living, was dealing with low-quality leads due to their previous advertising agency. InterTeam stepped in and found that around 50% of targeted keywords were set to “broad match”, leading to irrelevant searches and unnecessary expenditure.Challenge & Solution #1 Facing an underperforming website and outdated keywords, we revamped their strategy by focusing on specific keywords, eliminating irrelevant ones, and creating optimized landing pages. This approach reduced ad costs, improved revenue, and cut CPL by 50%. Challenge & Solution #2 Retargeted leads for InTouchLink weren’t converting due to aggressive asks and long forms. We created a second landing page with a shorter ‘Book a demo’ form, streamlining lead generation and improving conversion rates. Challenge & Solution #3 Using Microsoft Clarity, we identified prospective customers being lost to dead clicks. We resolved this by creating a third new landing page, leading to 15 high-quality leads in the first month with deal potentials ranging from $1,000 to six figures. Results InterTeam boosted InTouchLink’s leads from 5 to 53 per month, reduced CPL by 50%, and set up Salesforce reporting. We delivered a 10x increase in qualified leads and helped them achieve their best month ever with $3M earnings. Notably, Bing ads outperformed Google in cost-effectiveness.

We were hired to build qualified Google Ads campaigns for Neon Rain, a premium web design agency based out of Denver, Colorado. They had previously worked with a top tier competing B2B marketing agency that couldn’t get them results and were seeking a smaller agency that could give them a more hands-on experience.It was exactly the sort of challenge and type of client InterTeam loves. The biggest issue was high cost/clicks. We were facing cost/clicks of 25+ and a small budget relative to the high CPCs, so we had to optimize FAST. We then focused on optimizing our conversion rate through 2 avenues:First, we optimized our audience targeting. We used high quality keywords, bid adjustments at the audience level, and localized our targeting (an idea that we came up with by careful search term analysis early on)Then we conducted a comprehensive conversion rate optimization audit on their landing page. This included both site performance metrics as well as keyword optimization recommendations. The results were a 10x increase in the page conversion rate (see screenshot)A combination of quality optimized local targeting and collaborating on building high converting landing pages lead to a steady stream of quality leads in the first 2 months of service, including multiple 6 figure opportunities.

Our multi-modal ad strategy on Google included search, display, discovery, and video ads through YouTube. Facebook allowed us to efficiently target high-intent audiences with the lowest possible cost.The StrategyTo generate leads within a tight monthly budget of £2,000, we created copy-optimized landing pages for the development and each unit type. We also developed an Investor Guide to attract potential investors. Engaging image and video creatives were produced to educate potential leads about One London Road.Results From July Through SeptemberOur campaign successfully generated three quality leads per day at a cost of less than £25 per lead. The clickthrough and conversion rates for search ads surpassed industry averages, showcasing the effectiveness of our approach. We generated a total of 234 leads and 131 booked viewings, indicating significant interest from potential buyers. The overall CPL of £24.21 was substantially lower than the industry average of £101.

We then adopted a multi-platform approach, utilizing five different paid social and search platforms to expand our reach and enhance visibility. Lastly, we continuously refined our strategies based on client feedback to ensure high-quality leads.Results Since May 2021Our efforts yielded remarkable results. Within a relatively short period, we generated 1,655 leads with a commendable cost per lead (CPL) of under £25. Our client significantly outperformed Park Place, a comparable development opened around the same time. 53 units were sold compared to Park Place’s 20 units in the same timeframe. These results highlight our client’s ability to thrive despite the challenge of its location near a busy highway.
