Overview: Founded by two brothers in 2017, Gllite was born from 10 years of experience within the appliance repair parts industry. Mic and Erkut Ernst are appliance repair professionals who have utilized their hands on experience to launch an appliance parts business that really knows how to take care of the customer.However, with any great success story, there are speed bumps, and like many other quickly scaling businesses, manual sales / data handling became a time consuming & hectic process for the firm that needed to be addressed. That’s how our client came up with the idea of Inventory Management Solution. Mic chose us upon the recommendation of an existing Client who also had an Inventory project. So our client knew that we had the right expertise and a proven track record for his needs.Major Features:1) User and Role ManagementCreating unlimited Users with their respective roles and providing them ability to Perform specific tasks from their Dashboard.2) Products ManagmentAdding and managing Products according to their Classifications including Units, SKU No, Stocks, setting Default Templates and calculating SP according to set Profits.3) Multiple Locations / StorefrontsMultiple locations can be managed with separate Inventory and Accounting information for all with complete management of Stocks, Purchases and Sales.4) PurchasesAdding Purchases for separate Locations, managing Paid/Due Purchases, timely Notifications for due purchases, adding Discounts and Taxes. 5) SalesAutomatic Customer Information input from POS Screen, draft and final Invoices along with several Payment Gateway options. 6) Manage ExpensesAdding and Managing Business Expenses, Categorizing Expenses and analyzing them based on different Warehouses or Locations. 7) ContactsManaging Customer and Supplier Contacts along with the Transactions involved, Pay Terms and Payment Alerts. 8) Reports Purchase and Sale Report, Tax Report, Contact Report, Stock and Expense Report.
