Recognizing the impact of this product, we eagerly embraced the opportunity to contribute. The challenge stemmed from the connection between the iOS app and their proprietary wearable to obtain data from it.OUR SOLUTIONWe put together a full fledged team consisting of iOS and Backend development roles, as well as project management and got to work. The success of the TechStars engagement left them not only satisfied but also eager to continue our collaborative efforts. The positive experience solidified our partnership. One of the aspects we’re most proud of is the connection between the app and their custom wearable. It wasn’t easy figuring out the logic behind it but now users can see the data obtained from the wearable on the app to gather insights on their performance. Over the last several months, we’ve been working to build a custom backend, as well as integrating Apple’s HealthKit, Garmin, Oura, and WHOOP devices. We’ve also helped them develop several features included in their AI-driven women’s health platform.

Building one of the leading meditation apps on the App StoreWe worked with the Highly Meditated team rethinking the UX/UI of the app from the ground up with a focus on understanding the users’ journey while using it.Our first big milestone was the successful launch of the new iOS version. Since then, we have worked together on improving the app based on communications and insights from the lively Beditations community.
Developing and integrating apps with a wireless headband that is used by Formula 1 drivers and US Olympic weightlifters to improve their focus skillsTheir product is the FocusCalm app which, paired with the FocusCalm Headband, offers users a wide set of programs consisting of training exercises, guided meditations and games. Together we have built lots of games for the app, starting with basic games built on Flutter, and later moving to some more complex games. For this, we leveraged the Unity framework to build games with more advanced mechanics and graphics, and we integrated those games into the main FocusCalm app.
Empowering people to use insights from their DNA to improve their everyday livesWorking closely with the client we developed three different apps that help people based on their unique DNA data. Per Cup checks for genetic variants shown to be associated with several different aspects of caffeine response.SlumberType enables people to learn how DNA influences their sleep and gain insights about how their results may impact other areas of their life.GenoTonez was a fun proof of concept we built that used information contained in DNA coupled with AI algorithms to build music.
