World VC initially approached Gitmax about a new customized CRM system designed for internal sales needs. Our goal at Gitmax was to develop a CRM system that would improve and maintain efficient communication with clients. Despite the limited timing and complexity of the task, the team of developers created and designed the system, taking into account all of our clients’ wishes and needs.As a result, Gitmax presented the client with a fully functional, efficient, and tailored solution. As agreed, the CRM system included a main dashboard covering all the vital client information and integrated statuses. An embedded online messaging system within a platform significantly improved communication and collaboration between different BDMs. The client insisted on a minimalistic interface without unnecessary complexity and received a desired comprehensible, user-friendly solution. After launch, Gitmax is responsible for the continuous maintenance and update of CRM with modern technologies for easier future development.
