Goal: to help a startup implement the idea of attracting new customers for different businesses combining discounts,QR codes and Social Media sharing. Tasks: to develop an app to share information of a purchase with friends in Social Media. Challenges: we had to use phone camera for scanning QR and integrate the app with different Social Medias. Sometimes, our developers worked with the client directly to implement his business model correctly. Solution: we made simple and intuitive UI to move user to publish information about his purchase and attract his friends and followers commit the same action. Results: the app development was finished in the end of 2018. We continue to work with VamPromo as technical support and develop digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, SMM) for them.

Goal: to create a web service for international delivery service; to create marketing strategy for the service. Tasks: to stand out among competitors; to reach 100 visitors per day. Challenges: we had to develop interactive UI to catch visitor’s attention. The budget was limited so we had to look for cheap but quality decisions. Solution: we made comfortable UI to show how simple and fast the service can solve customer needs in delivery. We also developed a strategy with reducing marketing expenses.Results: the service we had created helped our client to spread his business and expand his field of activity to several other countries including US. The target number of visitors was reached in 4 month.
Goal: to present Anabel Arto brand in a new country. Tasks: to develop an online shop based on client needs; to create marketing strategy for fast launching. Challenges: we had to work with international business where local site is a part of complex web system; our online advertising was aimd both direct consumers and local wholesale buyers. Solution: we used OpenCart platform for online shop developing to short time and budget expenses; we also used landing pages for effective advertising company. Results: Anabel Arto got quick launch and many new customers and business partners in new region.
Goal: to increase customer service level; to attract new customers; to reduce staff and marketing expenses. Tasks: to develop the app that allow users to make an order, input and save preferred time, delivery address and pay it. All inside an app without using PC or phone calls. Challenges: our client wanted to start using app ASAP, so we prioritized the importance of different functions and make several updates. We also had to implement discount strategy to attract new customers. Solution: we had customers feedback from the very beginning. This helped us to improve the app with every update. User authorization, quantity choosing, addresses adding, bonus system, notes, and payment etc were added step by step. Results: more than 7 000 regular and new customers use the app at the moment. Staff expenses are more than 60% lower now.
