Garzoni SA aquires two first BTS assets in PolandGarzoni S.A. is a Swiss company based in Lugano. The company has been operating in the real estate sector for almost 70 years, implementing development projects and construction investments. In 2019, the company decided to invest in the dynamically developing real estate market in Poland.In 2020, Garzoni S.A. finalized the purchase of two commercial properties of the BTS type, including one production facility from the FMCG market and one service facility from the automotive industry. The total value of the transaction was over PLN 50 million.Dudkowiak Kopeć Putyra law firm had the pleasure of advising Garzoni S.A. in the preparation and execution of the transaction.
