Our client needed to hire 10 Senior Data Engineers, and 10 Software developers in test. That is not a very easy position, the stack is not small. **About the Company: Software (SaaS) company in Norway working with an accountant and salary. On the market for about 3 years. Their goal is to become the largest in Norway in accounting and payroll and then later launch the system abroad. Challenge: Our client needed to hire 1 QA Engineer with JS, 2 BackEnd Developers Node.js/Typescript, and 1 FrontEnd Developer to extend their team. It was challenging to find experienced IT Developers who would fit that stack and project. We were able to close 4 complex vacancies within two months, and our client is pleased with this result.
