DEI & You Consulting was founded by Dolores Crazover in 2021 and, since then, has grown to become an international provider of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) services. We are a diverse team of experts dedicated to improving business value by integrating equity and inclusion into your organizational culture.
