Data Dimensions provides our tech-enabled services that supports a centralized intake for both physical receipts (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) as well as electronic receipts (e.g., Fax, API, sFTP, Direct File Upload (i.e., QuickSubmit) of Claims and Claims Evidence supporting the Veteran’s Benefits Administration’s (VBA) mission to provide Veterans, service members, and their families qualifying benefits. Through the use of our tech enabled services, Data Dimensions provides digitized structured data sets and supporting images to VBA for ingest into back-office systems for claims processing via our integration service platforms. Data Dimensions provides intake, digital conversion, and data extraction services via our proprietary platform, OpticTM, that utilizes OCR/ICR/KFI, AI, and NLP processing technologies. This program has allowed VBA to increase throughput and productivity for adjudicating and rating Veteran Claims improving the customer experience of our deserving Veterans as well as clearing a long-standing backlog of open / pending claims. Through our many years of servicing VBA coupled with our superior service level performance we have been able to expand the scope of services for each contract term.
