We were contacted by one of Bulgarian’s largest companies in the printing industry in order to investigate and score their existing ERP. After that, we created and executed a detailed plan on how to migrate it on top of AWS Cloud and automate their release process.
We were contacted by one of Bulgarian’s largest companies in the printing industry in order to investigate and score their existing ERP. After that, we created and executed a detailed plan on how to migrate it on top of AWS Cloud and automate their release process.
This project was a critical part of their business, since it’s the underlying infrastructure, so they wanted to make it stable, scalable and cost effiecient, but didn’t have the internal capabilities to handle it.We started with a deep dive into their existing cloud infrastructure and created a detailed breakdown of suggested changes and necessary optimisation. After that, we were able to fully automate it and implement a Blue/Green release process.We’ve managed to complet the project according to our requirements and most importantly - in time ( they had a tight deadline ).
Our customer strives to connect traditional financial institutions (like banks) to the new and exciting ecosystem of fintech through an app-based approach. They wanted to migrate their native mobile app and api to the cloud, build a secure digital infrastructure on top of AWS and utilize the best DevSecOps practices early on in their journey.We managed to design and implement a scalable, cloud-native architecture, based on the foundation of NIST CSF ( Cyber Security Framework ) using IaC ( Infrastructure as Code ) approach. To enable the development team to effortlessly build, test and deploy the continuous changes, a fully automated release process has also been developed.
Our customer is introducing a new communication channel to Pharma to communicate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) on their behalf: remote live edetailing (webcall). Since then the company has developed by offering webcall use cases like eMSL, hybrid reps, insourced dedicated eReps, inbound MSL and appointment scheduling services. Their offering broadened to more digital channels like websites, apps, webinars, webcasts, virtual adboards, medical connection center (call center), vmails, messaging, social media, elearnings and video channels.Cloud Solutions was responsible for the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) of two of their main products, as well as consulting them in AWS best practices and DevOps approaches.
