Since their inception in 1986, they’ve been committed to understanding their clients’ needs and delivering bespoke solutions to make every event a memorable one. However, as crucial as their business is to their clients, their online presence needed a refresh to adequately showcase their services and talent pool. The task was straightforward, but the stakes were high: design an engaging, intuitive, and high-performing website that faithfully reflects ICMI’s brand and the calibre of the talent they represent. They sought a platform that could capture the essence of their brand and the attention of their visitors, much like their talent does at events. Worked closely with the amazing ICMI to comprehend their ethos, values, and unique selling propositions, we then used these insights to create a website that is not just functional, but also an immersive and user-friendly digital experience. Our approach was to start with a captivating video, immediately immersing visitors into the world of ICMI and the talent they represent. The website now serves as a virtual stage, showcasing ICMI’s talented individuals and fostering a direct connection with potential clients. And with it’s strong search functionality and ease in finding talent, we were able to improve and increase the conversion of the website overall. Our collaboration with ICMI reaffirms the power of a well-designed website and its capacity to translate the heart of a business into a digital form. Access4, an industry leader in cloud communications founded in 2016, understood this challenge and sought our expertise to reflect their mission and services effectively through their website. Access4 was born from a vision by their Managing Director, Tim Jackson, to bring telecommunications and collaboration software to the MSP market. Recognizing the high cost and resource requirements for individual MSPs, the team at Access4 developed SASBOSS, an automated, singular platform to sell, provision, and invoice customers. The platform has been integral to their remarkable growth, establishing Access4 as a key player in enterprise communications. When tasked with creating their website, our strategy was clear: less is more. We aimed to avoid visual clutter that could distract from the brand’s core message. Instead of using photos, which often introduce a myriad of colors and elements, we opted for clean, sophisticated graphic art. This approach allowed us to focus on a few choice colors that complemented the brand, framing their message in high contrast for maximum impact. We believe that good design should serve as a vehicle for a brand’s narrative, not overpower it. Therefore, our design for Access4 centers around their unique story and innovative platform, amplifying their vision through a user experience that is as intuitive and efficient as their services.
