State-owned enterprise Energoatom controls the operation of all four nuclear power plants and produces up to 70% of energy in Ukraine. For a more efficient use of resources, in 2019 the company implemented an energy management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 50001: 2018.Büro.MT was faced with the task of developing a general concept, visual design and content for the program. The goal is to attract employees of Energoatom SE to the initiative and build a culture of responsible energy consumption, both at work and in everyday life.The name of the program was born with the consideration of its main task – “Energy of responsibility”. And also the slogan “ Produce safely – consume rationally!”.The logo developed by Büro.MT symbolizes a circle of trust, security and partnership. Green stands for ecology; yellow means energy; red – atomic energy; purple – employees. The philosophy of the Energy of Responsibility program lies in the synergy of four elements.The first stage of work for Büro.MT is the production of branded, informational products for employees. The second is an advertising campaign for the whole Ukraine. The goal is to make energy consumers responsible and conscious.

Family tradition of Donich Clinic forms personal approach of the Dental implant center to clients and to the matter of life. The challenge for our creative team was to develop such a visual form that could communicate this care through an advertising campaign.Büro.MT developed a key visual for the Center. It is a tooth, covered in swaddles, as if it was a baby. Advertising slogan of the campaign is “New teeth are born here”, because Donich Clinic takes care of teeth of their clients and ensure quality tretment at every stage — the same way as parents cherish their newborn in the process of his growth and development.
The advertisement in its final outlook showed the owners and managers of small business and middle-market companies what working with outdated or unlicensed soft looks like. It is more logical for a business to ride a bicycle for adults, so the visual from Büro.MT suggested that they grow up. Thanks to the campaign, the users learnt about a 25% discount and changed their kid’s tricycle to licensed software Microsoft 2010.People are prone to irrational actions. In attempts to save mone on aspects that are important for their business, they risk data, results and reputation. An advertising campaign developed for Microsoft told the users that the programs everyone uses are much safer when are licensed. Büro.MT emphasized that specialists are afraid of unpredictable situations in their work with programs, but believe that licensed software is too expensive for the company.Viktoria Nechiporuk, marketing communications manager at Microsoft Ukraine:«Microsoft Office 2010 with its functionality stays the main office package for business. We held a market research, created positioning, naming and identity for the first sports villa with family values.Our complex project started with location and market research, personal interviews with professional trainers, as well as with clients of fitness and tennis clubs. To do this, we used 5 research tools: traffic analysis, competitor analysis, bench marks research, social media research, personal interviews, and customer experience analysis. After the market research, we determined the insight. There is a stereotype that gyms and tennis courts are just an individual story. Therefore, few sports clubs offer comfort for the whole family. Choosing how to spend a weekend with the family - sports often falls by the wayside. We position ourselves as a family sports villa and maintain family ties. To this end, all conditions have been created to make the time spent with the family sporty, interesting and diverse: children’s groups, a tennis school, a restaurant with a children’s menu, chill-out zones and a private embankment. With the positioning, we developed a strategy and determined how our sports villa would stand out. The next task was to develop a successful name that would convey the right emotions. That was the naming of Grays.
