Bagzi is an innovative and simple solution supporting the purchasing process of online stores. The idea was born out of widespread frustration during the payment phase for items in an online shopping cart. Sounds familiar? Well, a potential customer of an online store who wants to pay for a product often struggles with a large amount of data to be filled in, many subpages or incorrect auto-complete data for shipping. In March 2020, more than 88% of online shopping orders were abandoned, i.e. not converted into a purchase. What have we done as BrainForge IT to help Bagzi? Thanks to a clear vision and great communication with the client, we made decisions to use technologies such as Flutter and React.js, we were also able to select the necessary functionalities that the application would have to include: 1.Should allow integration with most online stores.2.Easy and clear interface for both the store client and the application administrator to ensure security of sensitive information and allow ease of implementing new features.3.Many integrated payment options , such as BLIK, card or quick transfer and support for a wide variety of users.4.Bagzi plugin has to be easily integrated with any online store.5.The application has to be easily used on any platform - desktop or mobile.”55 percent of shoppers will abandon if they have to re-enter their credit card or shipping Information- Sleeknote” This cooperation resulted in an application (that will be launched in a following year) which reduces all mentioned above abandonment so directly results in Bagzi income.
