The client presented us with initial documentation, a list of feature topics, and some initial project sketches. This is a case of scratch building, where we set up a Squad and accompanied the client from determining an MVP to operating the platform.At the beginning of the project, we focused our design efforts on adapting the product’s brand to a visual language consistent with the desired positioning and purposes (premium service & easy to use). Then, we started daily low and high-fidelity prototyping activities in real-time with the customer. After understanding the MVP scope adequately, we started the architectural definitions, production belt development, and continuous deliveries. This approach allowed us to deliver agile with very little need for code refactoring, focusing all our efforts on quickly delivering value to the customer and its users.Today, the platform is in entire operation. We continue to offer our efforts to the customer to support the new functionalities demanded by users and the scale required due to sales growth.
