AMZ DOC started this project on 18, Feb 2021 We discussed the low conversion issue on Amazon PPC, and the whole store organic sales were also very low. The Acos factor is having huge spent with low sales number. After one month’s work by the AMZ DOC’s team, we have seen a decrease in Acos by 8.1% and made it 17.9%. We spent $10.5K and Made sales $58.9K. In one month almost $10K sales increased. We highly appreciate and thank to amz doc team for doing this amazing job for our project.

This company came to us with monthly $60K sales in June 2019. Their objective to increase sales of Amazon stores. AMZ DOC took over the project in June and started working by enhancing listings and optimization of the PPC ads. After their contribution Sales started to grow up day by day. tHEY closed 2019 / 2020 closing year 13th June 2019 to 12th June 2020 at $1.2 million sales only in the US market and 2020 / 2021 Sales closing year sales $ 1.846 Million This clearly indicates as we are having $600K increase in sales only in the US market.
Project Management Amz Doc provided services to grow our online business, Listings optimization for existing listings, New listings creation, Amazon PPC ads, Amazon listings issues and daily account health check, keeping eye on the negative feedback and reviews look after contacting buyer to solve their issues. 1. Amazon: We started in 2019 Jan with monthly total sales of $1300 per month as after optimization and advertisement work we have approached the total Yearly sales of $174,125.27 by selling 7,500 total units in 2019. 2. In comparison with 2020 we have sold 15,593 items with revenue of $466,013.23.where our target for this year is $500k which is we almost catch up. 3. eBay: We started in 2019 total Yearly sales of $1,899.22. 4. In comparison with 2020 total Yearly sales $28,698.64. 5. Shopify: We started in 2019 total Yearly sales of $4588.90. 6. In comparison with 2020 total Yearly sales $17450.73. 7. Etsy: We started in 2020 total Yearly sales of $6,255.83. Future vision: 1. With respect to increasing the visibility of our brand around the world we should navigate all the amazon markets places available in Europe, Russia, Japan, etc. 2. We will start working to build EU marketplaces and listings enhancement as per their audience search. 3. We will work on social media and Google merchant accounts to create awareness of this brand around the world. Review of work content Daily Reporting: We monitor and analyze your data regularly. Share your reports and derive actionable insights Weekly Team Meetings: Our weekly team meeting is used to solve problems, discuss next steps, and assign tasks for Marine City Store. Consistency improves workflow and productivity. Advertisement Strategy: We will be running brands sponsored ads and video ads to increase the visibility of all around the world.
