Arrange BBQ Events for the Senior Student in RIT University Campus - Dubai for 50 pax.The scope of work was arranging 3 station for live BBQ Buffet ( appetizer, Grill Burger, meat and Chekin station, Shawerma Station & Grill Vegetarian options, sweets and drinks). arranging venue setup by provingd cocktail tables and bags, umbrella, safety requertment, lighting system,  sound system, enterianment activities, karaoke setup and screen. Coordinated with Students Affairs Officer to issue and receive the necesary permits from authorities and concerned department in RIT University.
