Our goal was to attract potential customers who were interested in the latest fashion trends and styles. We started by conducting in-depth market research and analyzing the target audience’s behavior and preferences. This allows a client to evaluate a list of the most popular products without looking through the entire catalog.DESIGN.Besides that we had to study the site and choose references and graphic elements to complement the text with appropriate images. After developing several intermediate options, we developed the final version.Our team decided to emphasize the brand’s craftsmanship with a branded visual, namely:The slanted serif font gives the impression of handwriting as if one of the founders had written the message personally for the client. You cannot use handwritten fonts in newsletters because that’s the email service’s policy.We replaced the standard square and rectangular formats in photos with unique shapes for each image. We also added graphic elements to emphasize the geometry of the picture.We created a welcome letter and customized a master template to quickly assemble the letters based on brand colors and elements. This significantly reduced the time it took to prepare the letters while giving them a more stylish look.What Results did we achieve?Thanks to these changes, the email delivery rate was 98%, with 68% of opens and 74% of clicks. Thus, the conversion rate increased, the initial goal of the client’s team. The company was satisfied with the cooperation and left positive feedback.
